My spiritual diet was life changing to say the least. I moved from a place of restlessness, confusion and noise to mindfu lness, contemplation and practice and I continue to experience and benefit from a steady practice, thanks to my spiritual diet. I believe that you need the support of a Guru, a friend and an anchor for spiritual practice and my parents continually provide this presence for me. Anika, my baby girl and my husband are daily reminders for my practice and I learn and grow because of them all. While the posts above are a beginning to my spiritual explorations there is more on this blog on other tabs for you to explore.
